My work is about remembering how to live inside the body with trust, intimacy, and deep love.
It is an exploration of sensation, emotion, and desire as living currents that are expressive, intelligent, and worthy of devotion. A space where every part of you is welcome to be felt and loved.

Through somatic practice and embodied presence, this work supports a felt sense of aliveness that moves beyond ideas and into lived experience. It weaves itself into every corner of your life; how you create, who you share your time with, how you experience intimacy and sex, and how you move through the world around you.

Everything I offer is informed by a few core truths I live by:

3. Sensuality is the art of playing with your senses and meeting the moment fully.
4. Pleasure is nervous system regulation and the foundation of thriving in every area of life.
5. Your pleasure and sexuality are sacred gifts meant to be honored, explored, and fully lived.
6. Movement, breath, and sound are the portals that awaken your multi-orgasmic body.
7. Healing is relational, non-linear, and deeply personal.
8. Transformation unfolds through presence and devotion.
These principles are woven into every session, ritual, and container I hold.
This work is trauma-informed and body-led, guided by attunement, consent, and deep reverence for the wisdom of your nervous system.
Living Lineage
My work is informed by somatic and embodiment-based coaching, the VITA™ methodology, Tantric and Taoist principles, Neuroscience, and Emotional Alchemy.

But more than any modality, it is shaped by how I live.

This work has been formed through years of deep listening, to my body, to sensation, to desire, to grief, to joy. Through initiation, descent, and playful exploration within my own inner world. Through living in relationship with nature, honoring cycles, seasons, and the wisdom of the land.

I orient my life around rhythm rather than urgency, presence rather than performance. I live in conversation with the body and the natural world, attuning to what is unfolding, what is asking to be felt, what is ready to bloom or rest.

It is a living transmission cultivated through devotion, cyclical living, and an ongoing relationship with the body as part of the greater ecology of life.
