Why I Do This Work
​For over seven years, I’ve been devoted to somatic healing, studying how the body holds our stories, our emotions, and the parts of us that learned to go quiet. Before ever stepping into the role of coach, I spent a full year immersed in the VITA™ Sacred Sexuality program as a student, letting this work transform me from the inside out.

From there, I entered the VITA™ coaching certification and deepened my understanding of trauma-sensitive somatic practice, nervous system repair, emotional alchemy, and Erotic Embodiment. My approach is rooted in lived experience, professional training, and the wisdom of the body as a portal to truth and power.

I do this work because I was once the person who couldn’t feel much of anything. I was numb, disconnected, and outsourcing my worth. Now, I’ve become the woman I once needed: someone who can hold the depth, the desire, the grief, and the fire with reverence.

1: Do I need to already feel sexual, embodied or confident to do this?
No. Many clients arrive feeling numb, shut down, confused, or disconnected from their bodies and pleasure. This container is designed to meet you exactly where you are, there is no “right way” to be.

2: Who is Eros Ignited for?
Eros Ignited is open to all genders and sexual identities. If your body feels a pull toward this work, you’re invited to book a Connection Call and we’ll feel into the alignment together.

3: What if I feel nervous or shy talking about sex and pleasure?
That’s completely normal. We move at the pace of your body’s consent. You never have to share or do anything you don’t want to. Safety, choice, and respect are at the core of this work.

4: How are sessions held?
All sessions are held online via video call via Zoom. Once you’re accepted, you’ll receive a scheduling link to book your recurring time.

5: Do you offer payment plans?
